The old school house was extended to provide living accommodation and bedrooms. Once the new build part of the project was completed the older building was refurbished over time to provide additional space for music and guests. Once the relatively quick new build was complete. This strategy took into account the need for a place to live and the available budget while recognising that the old building needed time to be carefully refurbished
